Traffic lights are RED... always!

Have you noticed? If you drive along Dock Road and pull up in the right hand lane of the T-junction, the traffic lights adjacent to West Silvertown DLR station do not change. They just sit there on red forever! I think the sensor must be faulty. However, if you drive in the left hand lane they will change to green. I have reported this to the LB of Newham today.
